I think the customers will speak and when they realize that the shows they thought they've "bought" dissapear because they've only paid a "license" to view them 7 days there will be a major uproar and changes will be afoot. This will be especially true if you can buy the show and own that show at iTunes. I don't know if the TV moguls will get a clue fast enough or not — if they only realized that making it easy for fans of their shows to get the content for a fair price would make them mega bucks, they'd do it right the first time. But now they're so clueless and freaked out about protecting their "properties" that they're going to probably learn the hard way I guess. Mike, good coverage and analysis of this development.
