I was kind of take it or leave it about it, but found when I went on a trip this past weekend it really came in handy; my mother really liked being able to follow me on my flights and where I was going and just basically knowing I was OK (especially since I was in a city I'd never been to and meeting people I've "known" online for many years but never met in person before). So that was cool. I have the TXT notifications turned off as well but I do use my phone to post a lot, I don't think that's going to jack up my bill though since I have a pretty generous TXT plan, just not so generous I could have the incoming notifications. Plus I'm near a computer most all the time anyway so I don't really need that. My only real complaint so far is the slowness of the website, but it does seem to be getting a little better in the past week or so. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks or so.
